Answer :   I think in this time of technology development how fast with the many changes to the world that we know that happens outside the context of our teaching will ultimately have an impact on what we do in our classrooms, schools, and colleges. Today ICTs are used in all aspects of education. The use of computers, the Internet, television, radio, projectors and mobile phones, e-mail facilities, online audio and video conferencing and new applications has made the Teaching and Learning Process interesting and comfortable. It also helps in saving time, effort and money. So, we can say that ICT plays the most important and very important role in the Teaching and Learning Process. Therefore it also plays an important role in language learning, especially English Language Learning.

5.The Advantages of ICT in ELT (Define some advantages of ICT in ELT)

Answer :

- The first advantage of using ICT is that teachers and students of English can have the access to get up to date sources and information rapidly and cheaply

- The second advantage of using ICT is to help the students to develop their skills they need for their lives. There are many sources for teacher to teach in the classroom, she/he can select the ones that fit better to the student’s need based on their age, level, and abilities. 

- Computer programmes can be adapted by teachers to suit their  students` needs and level of language knowledge. Unlike books, which are produced in a  single uniform  format  and need  to be  taught irrespectively  of  students` problems,  computer programmes are more learner- friendly.

Answer : So ICT is a technology that is very developed today and greatly affects every aspect, especially education science. ICT influences every aspect of education from teaching-learning to assessment and evaluation is very helpful for teaching staff as it increases the scope of education by facilitating mobile learning and inclusive education. The impact for education is that ICT will have a positive effect on students in the inclusive classroom and teachers will benefit from the application of ICT during the process of delivering instructions. ICTs help teachers to update new knowledge, skills to use new digital tools and resources. By using and acquiring ICT knowledge, student teachers will become effective teachers. ICTs are one of the main factors for bringing about rapid change in our society. This can change the nature of education and the roles of students and teachers in the teaching and learning process.
