b. Interculture
Answer : In my opinion, intercultural communication is the communication that occurs between people who have different cultures (can be different races, ethnicities, or socioeconomics, or a combination of all cultures. Culture is a way of life that develops and is adopted by a group of people and lasts from generation to generation).
c. Cross culture

d. Multiculture
Answer : Multicultural is a concept that recognizes and glorifies differences, individual differences or cultural differences, such as differences in values, systems, culture, habits, and politics.
2. Give one example of cultural conflict and offer the solution for its adjustment!
Answer : For example, it is commonly understood that Japanese negotiators tend to have more silent periods during their talks than, say, Brazilians. That said, there is still a great deal of variability within each culture—meaning that some Brazilians speak less than some Japanese do.
Thus, it would be a mistake to expect a Japanese negotiator you have never met to be reserved. But if it turns out that a negotiator is especially quiet, you might better understand her behavior and change your negotiating approach in light of the prototype. In addition, awareness of your own cultural prototypes can help you anticipate how your counterpart might interpret your bargaining behavior. It’s not just about being aware of their culture, but also how yours might be viewed.
How to deal with it:
1. Learn a few key phrases. Because clear communication is essential for effective functioning, it is necessary that each of your employees
2. understand what your clients and customers need.
3. Learn your client's culture.
4. Promote appreciation of cultural differences.
5. Be open to trying new things.
6. Be accommodating.
3. How do you define:
a. Mosaic
Answer : Mosaic is the art of creating images by arranging small colored pieces of glass, stone, or other materials that can be used to become Mosaics. This art is a technique in the art of decoration and is also an aspect of interior decoration.
b. Melting pot
Answer : The melting pot is a metaphor for a heterogeneous society becoming more homogenous the different elements "melting together" into a harmonious whole with a common culture
c. Stereotype
Answer : Stereotypes are decisions about a person based solely on perceptions of the group in which the person can be categorized or stereotypes are shortcuts to thinking that are intuitively used by humans to simplify complex things and help in making decisions quickly
d. Prejudice
Answer : Prejudice is a decision or judgment made without knowing the actual relevant facts. This term refers to a judgment based on a person's race or other fields before having relevant information on which to base that judgment. Prejudice can take the form of feelings of dislike, anger, disgust, discomfort and even hatred. And in the end, prejudice can lead to discrimination in certain social groups.
